Chicken Noodle Soup Diet
This is a 7 day diet that can be used anytime. If followed correctly, it will clean out your system and give you a feeling of well-being. After only 7 days, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds and possibly greater , and experience an abundance of energy.
SOUP Recipe:
You will need: One or Two cans of stewed tomatoes; 3+ large green onions; One large can of fat free beef broth; 1 package Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle); One bunch of celery; Two cans green beans; Two lbs. Carrots; Two Green Peppers.
The soup can be seasoned with salt, pepper curry, parsley, bouillon, or Worcestershire sauce. Firstly cut the veggies in small to medium pieces. Cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Then Reduce to simmer and continue to cook until veggies are tender.
This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry during the week. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want! This soup will not add on calories ( it is very light) . The more you eat, the more you will feel full and the more you will lose. You may want to fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day.
DRINKS:
You are allotted:
- Unsweetened juices; Tea (also herbal); Coffee; Cranberry juice; Skim milk; lots and lots of Water
DAY ONE
Eat any fruit you desire (except bananas). Tip ; Cantaloupes and watermelon are lower in calories than most other fruits. Make sure to Eat only soup and fruit today.
DAY TWO
All vegetables. Eat until you are full with fresh raw, cooked or canned veggies. Try to eat green leafy veggies and make sure to stay away from dry beans, peas or corn. Eat veggies along with the soup. At dinnertime however, you may reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Don't eat any fruits today.
DAY THREE
Eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. However, you may not reward yourself today. Thankfully, if you have eaten as above for three days and not cheated, you should find that you have lost 5-7 pounds.
DAY FOUR
Bananas and skim milk: Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today, along with the soup. Bananas are unfortunately high in calories and carbohydrates, as is the milk but on this particular day, your body will need the potassium and the carbohydrates. This will lessen the desire to eat sweets also.
DAY FIVE
Beef and tomatoes: you may consume 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes, or as many as 6 tomatoes on this day! However you should also eat the soup at least once.
DAY SIX
Beef and veggies: eat until you’re satisfied with beef and veggies today. You can even have 2-3 steaks if you like with green veggies, but no starches (i.e., baked potato). Be sure to eat the soup at least once today.
DAY SEVEN
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies, again, be sure to stuff yourself with the soup. You can add cooked veggies to your rice if you so desire.
Thankfully at the end of the 7 days, if you have not gone awry and cheated you should have lost 10 to 17 pounds. If you have lost more than 17 pounds, take two days off of the diet, and eat other foods.
This diet is very fast. The secret lies within the fact that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system and make you feel great .You should make sure however that you do not drink any alcoholic beverages at any time. Make sure you are off of the diet at least 14 hours before you start to drink alcohol. This diet will affect everyone differently due to differing body types and digestive systems. You will notice increasing energy levels as you continue the diet. You will also find that your bowel movements have changed. Do not cheat! You may eat this soup any time that you feel hungry during the week. If you do not like beef, you may replace it with boiled or baked chicken, make sure that there is no skin on it though. You may also substitute the beef with fish for one day, but otherwise eat at least the chicken because it has high protein. You may continue on with this diet for as long as you wish.
Make sure you do not – Eat bread, drink alcohol, or carbonated drinks (including diet drinks). Remember, absolutely no fried foods.
