Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients
You will need : One (3 pound .) broiler fryer chicken; One (8 ounce.) can mushroom pieces, un- drained ; Six green onions with tops; Two large  cut carrots; 1/4 c. soy sauce; One tablespoon sugar; 1 teaspoon  rushed ginger root or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger; 3 1/2 ounce. Un - cooked vermicelli; Five cups. water (approximately); One Teaspoon. salt

Directions :

   Heat chicken, salt, and enough water to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 40 minutes. Then Remove chicken from broth and cool, Remove skin from chicken and cut into small pieces. Place chicken pieces, broth, and remaining ingredients (except vermicelli) in a pot. Heat to boiling, and then reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes.  Lastly stir in vermicelli until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Serves 10.
