Grandma’s Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS

You  will need  2 ½ cups of wide egg noodles, one  teaspoon vegetable oil , 12 cups of chicken broth 1 ½ tablespoons of salt, one teaspoon poultry seasoning, one cup chopped celery, one cup chopped onion, 1/3 of a cup cornstarch , 1/4 cup water, three  cups diced, cooked chicken meat

DIRECTIONS:

Firstly bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Then add the oil and egg noodles, boil for 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain, and rinse under cool water. In a large saucepan, combine the salt, broth, and poultry seasoning. Bring to a boil. Stir in onion and celery. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes. In a small bowl, mix the water and cornstarch together until cornstarch is completely dissolved. Slowly add to soup, stirring constantly. Lastly Stir in noodles and chicken, and heat through.
