Low Fat Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

You will need : 10 cups of Homemade or reduced sodium canned chicken broth;  Three medium peeled and diced carrots; one  large diced celery ;  Three tablespoons of fresh ginger; six cloves of minced garlic; 4 ounces of dried egg noodles; 4 cups of cooked skinless chicken (shredded) ; Three tablespoons of chopped fresh dill; One  tablespoon lemon juice, or to taste

Directions:

Bring the Broth to a boil in a Dutch oven. Then add the carrots, celery, ginger, and garlic; cook uncovered over a medium heat until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Then add the noodles and the chicken and cook until the noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. Then stir in the dill and lemon juice.
