Old fashioned Chicken Noodle SoupIngredient’s : You will need : 16 ounce package frozen egg noodles ;1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast or Two cups. (2 - 5 oz. cans) de-boned chicken; five to seven chicken bouillon cubes; Two teaspoon. minced onions; 1 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes; 1/2 stick butter. Directions: In a large pan boil chicken, 2 1/2 quarts water, onion and parsley. Then add the bouillon cubes and dissolve. Then Drop in noodles, stirring to separate. Lastly add 1/2 stick butter and stir well. Simmer 50 minutes, if using fresh chicken and 20 minutes if canned. Serves about 8. |
