Creamy Chicken Noodle SoupIngredients: You will need : 8 cups of Broth or bouillon; two cups of cooked, diced chicken; one cup of milk; one cup of thinly sliced carrots; one cup of sliced celery;½ cup of chopped green peppers;½ cup of chopped onions; one clove of minced garlic; ½ teaspoon of dried marjoram; Salt and pepper to taste; 6 oz of uncooked noodles; ½ cup milk; ¼ cup flour; two tablespoons of butter Directions: In a large pot combine all of the ingredients, except for the noodles, milk, flour, and butter. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp and tender. Then add the noodles and cook until almost done. In a cup whisk together the flour and milk, then stir into soup and boil for 3 minutes. Lastly stir in the butter. |
